How long do your candles burn?
Our 7 oz candles have an approximate burn time of 40–45 hours.
What wax do you use?
We use a premium coconut apricot wax blend for a clean, luxurious burn.
Are your candles hand-poured?
Yes. Every Flamma Hestia candle is hand-poured in small batches in Miami, Florida.
Are your products eco-friendly?
Yes. We carefully select high-quality ingredients and create products designed to be both beautiful and mindful.
Why is my candle wick forming a mushroom?
A small carbon buildup is normal. Simply trim the wick before relighting for the best performance.
How should I burn my candle for the first time?
Allow the wax to melt completely to the edges of the container during the first burn to prevent tunneling.
Do you offer refills?
Refills will be available for selected vessels in the future.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes. Every order is carefully packaged and designed to feel like a ritual from the moment it arrives.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
