At Flamma Hestia LLC, each candle is carefully hand-poured in small batches in Miami, Florida

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@flammahestia.com and include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Used candles
• Change of mind
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
